Introducing our first meal plan, The GI FIT

With our GI Fit Plan you will enjoy a fresh, clean, nutritious and different meal every day. Your daily meal can be delivered or picked up daily for maximum freshness. You may chose to do breakfast, lunch, or dinner or all.

We understand nutrition, so we give you food that will nourish your body, making it to work properly and helping you attain your weight management goals. Fresh clean ingredients, good complex carbs that will put your metabolism to work, high in dietetic fiber and full in flavor. No trans fats, refined products or artificial ingredients.

Poached chicken breast, grapes and pecans in a yogo-mayo madras curry dressing, and side of green salad (GF)
Veggie Lasagna
Layers of Portabella, zucchini, squash, yam, eggplant and housemade arrabbiata sauce (GF)
Day 2
Quinoa omelet with veggies & fruit salad
2 organic eggs, pesto, quinoa, sautee mixed veggies and side of chia fruit salad (V, GF)
Avocado stuffed quinoa & bed of greens
Two avocado halves filled with steamed organic quinoa, pico and black beans, served with organic spring mix and lemon vinaigrette dressing (Vg, GF)
Turkey meatballs with pesto
and grilled mixed seasonal veggies
Day 3
Oatmeal w/quinoa & fruit salad
Steel cut oatmeal, cinnamon, side of chia fruit salad (V, GF)
Chicken Stir Fry
Chicken breast, broccoli, zucchini, carrot, snap peas, green onion, miso glaze, amino sauce. Served with cauliflower "rice" (GF)
Salmon Teriyaki w/mixed greens
Wild caught salmon fillet basted with our house made Teriyaki sauce, with side of organic mixed greens (GF)
Day 4
Home made Granola and yogurt

Blackened chicken breast over a bed of grilled nopal, roasted Poblano pepper, asparagus, cauliflower and tomato (GF)
Eggplant Parmiggiana
Thick eggplant slices, breaded in panko flakes, oven roasted. Covered in our homemade arrabiata sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese and balsamic cherry tomatoes (V)
